Better explanation for notification is needed

Whenever I get a notification, I’m unsure of what it’s for because there’s no inbox to receive a message and when I pull up the app, there’s nothing indicating what has changed.

The jet blue app makes it so easy to book flights because of the easy usage of the app. Very convenient to have boarding passes right on your phone. Plus with the jet blue card makes it great for racking up points
It almost never works

It’s been weeks and I still can’t see my booked trips within the app, no matter how many times I uninstall, reinstall, restart my phone, log out, and log back in, at the instructions of customer service reps. New flights no longer automatically appear in my list of trips. They need to be added manually. This is the worst airline app out of all my airline apps.
