Said last month it would be available in a few weeks, settled for similar product, but didn’t care for it, so tried getting the other again, still wasn’t available, but got the same brand i wanted, but packaged and flavors are different. The ones i wanted and purchased several times still aren’t showing available ?

I live in NYC and started using Jet to get my groceries delivered to me. My deliveries were fulfilled to my standard and priced well. I never had any real troubles with the items I received other than the extremely excessive packaging that would happen sometimes, which is really a hassle to dispose of; reusable packaging would be a nice implementation. Anyway, things were all ok until one day I updated the app before I was about to put through the purchase. When I went to check out I realized they started charging a $9.99 delivery fee without warning. Before this update if I met the purchase amount requirement (I think $50) I would get free “Scheduled Delivery.” It seems pretty drastic to start charging $10 for every delivery out of nowhere without even offering a monthly/annual membership option. I could’ve dealt with $4.99, but at $9.99 for every delivery it’s less expensive for me to get my groceries elsewhere. If Jet ever updates to a more appealing delivery policy or add a membership option I would come back, but for now I will look elsewhere for my everyday grocery needs.

For some strange reason while using the App my battery on the iPhone XS Max gets extremely Hot! I thought it might explode at one point! Perhaps from the latest update? Must be looked into please..

I love the prices and convenience but they don’t seem to keep certain items in stock it’s hit or miss I am referring to house hold items such as mrs meyers candles or laundry and cleaning items I would like to be able to count on jet as my go to for a lot more items such as arm and hammer cloud control cat litter and my cat food which they do not carry. I like that they tape the bottle tops on liquid products less chance of leaks and glass items are well packed and semi environmentally friendly.
