Wonderful, the navigation on this app is so easy, very friendly & understandable. I’m being shopping since 2016 & no issues at all, Jet accept Apple ? ? Payments, Visa, MasterCard etc. Make my shopping smooth & easy going. I’ll suggest to jet only to change the ugly purple color on their website and on the shipping boxes ? majoritarily people don’t like it on electronics, vacuums etc. Purple color is beautiful only on flowers ?, on wine ? or in any ornaments. A green color is more kindly & not irritable to your eyes & brain, green makes people happy & wants to shopping more like a Cold Coca-Cola refresh mind and mouth and make you happy.

What happened?

I am a buyer and seller

First...many items I’ve ordered in the past are out of stock. Then I noticed there is now a minimum quantity requirement for certain items, no, I do not want to purchase 6 bottles of shaving cream. Now the free shipping went from $35 minimum purchase to $50. I’ll just purchase what I need from the store if I’m not getting a deal or it’s more of a hassle to order on-line.

I downloaded the app because their site is laggy and slow to load in Safari and was slightly faster. Their newest update forces you to update or not use the app at all. You can't update unless you operate the newest iOS. That and their new $9.99 scheduling fee PER SCHEDULED ORDER has probably ruined me shopping from them ever again. I can't afford the fees on all the grocery apps.

As a senior citizen with bad knees Jet has been a God-send. No longer do I have to hassle with crowds and long lines. I press a few buttons and within 2 days it’s at my front door. What’s wrong with that? My life is now all about convenience and Jet fits my life perfectly. Thanks Jet!

Never fails me

I love Jet! I’ve had a few issues with delivery in the past! NOT Jets fault except they were using Ontrac as the delivery service. When my package wasn’t delivered but showed it was, Jet reshipped everything, then a week later the original showed up...Jet said “don’t worry “ you can keep the items! As per my request, they usually use Fedex now. Love everyone in the customer service department ❤️

Ordering through the app is so simple. Quick and easy. Customer service , when needed, is helpful and responsive. My son and I would be starving with out Jet and the app. Thanks Jet!

Was pretty excited to try out Jet since they deliver groceries in the nyc area, but the $10 scheduling fee just negates that, back to instacart it is.

I love it at first but they started charging an fee for delivery, masked as a scheduling fee. $10.00 is WAY too much. Most like anyone of the demographic who would opt to order grocery delivery in NYC, I have Amazon Prime. I switched to Jet for more options and because Amazon’s customer service has suffered recently. At the $150 a year price tag for Prime, you’d only have to order grocery deliver 16 times a YEAR for it to be a better deal than Jet’s new exorbitant delivery fee. Considering all of the other benefits you receive with a Prime membership, the math is simple. Bye, Jet. I’ll deal with Amazon’s sub-par service on occasion and save a LOT on delivery fees. Let us know if you stop price gouging your users.

I recently had hip surgery, and I live by myself. It was so helpful to be able to order things like paper towels and the unsweetened instant tea (which I couldn’t find in any stores near me)! The products arrive within 2 days, and exactly what I ordered. I will continue to use Jet after my recovery because it just saves me a lot of time! Thank you!
