Sign in frequency is extremely obnoxious

Until recently, I had to re-sign into the jet.com once very few weeks, now it’s every time I open the app. I will NOT use a retail app this obnoxious. Signing in for each and every purchase or to access account info is one thing (and it should be that way) but the protocol current of signing in almost every time the app is opened to see my cart is absurd and I will not shop via or app until this major inconvenience is fixed.

I love jet.com and use it often, but for some reason the app continuously displays an “oops something went wrong” message. I’ve tried logging out, restarting the app, restarting my phone, and reinstalling the app but the error message persists. It’s been going on for weeks now so I just default to buying from desktop. Really wish I could use the app more often though.

Smaller boxes please. Ppl that shop online are more likely to be homebound. Please take a moment and give that some thought. The boxes are way too big. I avoid ordering from you during colder months because I always have to unload the boxes outside on my porch. I can’t do that in below zero weather. It could easily be solved by you acknowledging the needs of your typical customer. Smaller boxes, please.
