Needs lots of work

Worthless. Zip code for location? Who knows zip codes. I travel, want to order ahead, only to find many locations don’t use this service. Bring back the kiosks.

WAY EASIER and faster using the kiosks and a quick slide of your credit card. Prior versions of this app would not save credit card info - had to type in the number every time. Extremely dumb.
Only salad bar for dine in

For Dine In options there is only a Salad Bar. No other menu options are available. Basically a useless app unless you want take out.
Still having trouble

Even with the app upgrade it still does work work like it used to. The ability to add any “special request” is limited to about 10 characters! It used to be so easy to order from my iPad. That is no longer the case. Please fix!

The app said a local store opened at 6:00 am, and allowed me to place an order to be picked up at 7:45 am. But when I arrived, the store was closed and locked. I got it straightened out with the store, but why does the app allow for an order that can’t be picked up?

Jason’s Delibis amazing. Jason’s Deli App is horrible. Please update this to fix bugs and also include a reorder feature. Half the time the app is so full of bugs I can’t even order

The app used to be AMAZING. Quick and easy to use and after all these upgrades the app doesn’t work at all, ever. Useless app go back to the way it was before this “upgrade”...
Useless app
New-to-iPad
I have been eating at Jasons deli for decades. Never gotten a free sandwich. Tried to use the app. Only took me three times longer than if I called in my order. It won’t save my favorites, takes forever to re-create my order, and often doesn’t get sent to the store. Beyond useless. I have told the manager several times. Just got him a bunch of excuses.

Ordered in the app, store didn’t get my order even with a email confirmation. I understand why this app is rated poorly now!! Just call!!
Does not store payment method

Unfortunately you have to input your cc every time you order from JD. This sort of defeats the purpose of having an app. I order from JD daily and it’s not practical to input your payment method every single time.
