Have had nothing but total frustration when trying to use the Jason’s app to order. Inspires you me to go elsewhere. Must be nice to have a much business that you can cheap out on a mobile platform Stay classy Jason!

Poorly written app

I get an “Unknown Error” after entering my order and payment info. Poorly written app, entire development team needs to download and look at Chick-fil-A App as an example on how to write a restaurant App.

Almost had to pay twice

I ordered and paid on the app. It said my balance due was $0.00 but at the store it was showing that I had not paid.

For the most part I’m satisfied with the app but wish you’d update the menu to include the breakfast items. While this may be a regional test having the ability to order ahead for breakfast would be a plus. Especially since the fresh cracked eggs take some time.

No Dining Rewards

It’s very disappointing that there is not a reward for dining in the restaurant. We like the food but do not always takeout.

Every button push responds with “RRT Exception 503”. Usually works 2nd or 3rd time. When trying to pay, continually responds with “Something went wrong, try again”. Have to pay in store every time. Check Panera for a well-written app.

I tried to place an order w DDs.NO DICE (even though it shows over $183 available)!! I got some kind of run around but no resolution.., probably stop using it for my Pharma orders (about $4 k per month a that McAllisters will appreciate)

Works Fine, Takes Forever

The app works okay but “as soon as possible” isn’t a delivery time option so it takes them like 2 hours to deliver a couple sandwiches.
