I had to go to the website to reset my password before i could do anything. Then, wanted to check the status of the order i placed but there is absolutely no where to find current order or order history information. I am crossing my fingers that my order was received and will be ready when I arrive. Deleting the app after today.

the app was working totally fine until i updated. now it gives me an error message that essentially says they plan on fixing it. well it’s sort of useless now, oh well

Preview says you can earn Deli Bucks with purchases then you discover it’s only for online orders. As a regular customer of my local Jason’s I think dine in customers should be able to receive rewards such as they do at Panera, CiCis, Friday’s, Subway, and the like. Deleted the app and considering a new lunch hangout.

I’ve had a ton of issues with this app. I order for accounts quite frequently, but there’s no ability to look at past orders. If I need a receipt, there’s a form to fill out and request online? Come on, that’s just ridiculous. There’s no reason order history can’t be included on my account. I’ve also had issues with the app not transmitting my order to the store. If I hadn’t called to verify, I would’ve had a lot of last minute surprises. With Panera and Corner Bakery offering similar service, I can see Jason’s Deli losing business unless this app is made much more user friendly.

What happened!! I use to order from Jason’s Deli using their app all the time..it’s horrible now! You will lose a lot of business from this.

So because of the very poor design, I never fully submitted my order (payment was applied but never actually ordered). Total waste of time, terrible app, not intuitive or user friendly. Seriously Jason’s deli, get it together

Frequently forgets log in info (app not me). If I try to reset tells login error or fail. Also does not recognize info. Cannot reset. Frustrated when trying to simply place an order.

Not working; doesn’t recognize my email address, so can’t log in to order. & doesn’t take payment on the app, have to go in and pay, not customer friendly.
