App does allow me to complete order. Yet another app made by people who don’t know what they’re doing.


Good food but goofy app and logistics

Have given up on this stupid app. Random logouts force you to re enter information. Then, when you get to the store and have pre paid, they always ask for money. Are you kidding? Different food but the Starbucks app is comparatively flawless. Plus has a reward system built in for frequent flyers. Come on Jason’s. Get with the program. The food is good but it’s too much trouble to order and pick up!!!

Went to login with my prior email on latest update. It said it wasn’t a valid account, so I signed up for a new one and that allowed me to login. Started reviewing menu and each sandwich I selected showed partial details with “Loading Options.” Not working. Looks like a little more testing is in order. So much potential and hopefully they realize this is costing them biz.


Horrible update

The new version of the app is horrible in comparison to what they used to have. You cannot save credit card information or prior orders. It also doesn’t track any of the deli dollars. Not sure why they made all these changes but it made it a much less useful app. Hopefully they will think about adding back in these prior capabilities which had made the app so great to use.

App doesn’t work. If I type in my password it says “log in failed.” If I try to change my password it tells me it’s the wrong email. Not sure what is going on but why have an app if you can’t even use it. Very frustrating!!

The app use to function well. Since the update, the app no longer saves your recent orders or favorites. It also doesn’t save any payment options so I have to enter my card every order. Such a hassle. It also lost all reward points from before the update. It’s now easier to just order in the store than use this app


Waste of time!!

For what reason would one waste time placing an order for n this app for the store to say it never works and it’s best to “call in”. In 2019 you want me to call in to the store for grill cheese and a bowl of gumbo for my 9 year old?? No, I just want to run in and get it, that’s connivence, that’s service.. I’m noticing a steady decline in Jason’s Deli over the last 5 years, you’re out of touch with reality!

Used app and placed order. At end of transaction said I would receive email when store received my order. No email received. Called store and they had my order but said for some reason no confirmations were being sent out. Need to fix this.
