Resetting password

First off let me say that I love the food at Jason’s and the in person customer service is always great. Like many others have reported, the app is giving me issues. I tried to reset my password and got the email fine but when I tried to follow the link to either reset or to put the token number in, it would just take me to the new order screen with no way to enter any new password or token information. Very frustrating.

One of the worst apps I have ever used. Just gives repeated failure messages while using it. All they seem to do is acknowledge that the app failed processing and you can click past them but it happens with basically every menu click on the app

Please add back the ability to pay with a gift card in the app. It cannot be that hard of a fix. Thank you!


Rewards for in store purchase??

There doesn’t appear to be any way to get credit/rewards for in-store dining. That defeats the purpose of a reward program.


Horriable since Jason’s redesigned online ordering

No longer able to use deli dollars. Can’t place orders less more than a day out. I would spend $500 to $1000 month for work. Not any more!!!!


The most unfriendly user app

My first time using the app. Not user friendly. Had to keep backing out to edit order and items would update each time, had to edit time multiple times, and just would keep giving error options till i edited over and over. Gave up on ordering and got something somewhere else.

Update - Turns out that the app works fine, it was just the transition to the new app was botched up. It took me a while to figure out the directions sent via email, but then I got the new app to work. But I had to start from scratch (i.e. my favorites were lost, had to set up credit card again). I probably would have rated the app 4-5 stars if there had been a smooth transition. ************************************ The app update is terrible and does not work. At checkout, it gave me the option to “sign in” and “check out as a guest”. Neither option worked and I tried multiple times. I gave up and ordered from Chick-fil-A instead. Jason’s Deli is losing business because of this app update.

This app is the absolute worst... I’ve contacted customer service several times and never given an answer except: we are working on it?!!! I’ve been a loyal customer for 20+ years but I’ve had it with the excuses, I’M OUT!!!
