Very useful on hot days

Works great for me, ‘17 F Pace R Sport.

Junk

Extremely primitive and buggy, has no place in the Jaguar experience. Sometimes it works, but it often refuses to start the car with some incorrect warning message (e.g. Window Open). Can’t remote start the car if the windows are cracked open, which is ridiculous. Can’t control heated seats from the app, which is insane. Overall, extremely unhappy. Deleted the app.

Time to invest money in your app Jaguar

Recently bought a jaguar xe and f pace and have owned an XF in the past and all I can say is that we love the cars but hate this app. When you pay that much money for a car ALL the features should work properly. Clearly looking at all the negative reviews Jaguar should have done something to fix this a while ago. Fix this Jaguar or you have lost a customer for life.

Total garbage and IOS no longer supports

Tripp Cocktail

I can’t get SIRI or hands free to work at all with my 2018 F-Type. Jaguar has admitted to me there aware of the problem and Apple has even told me that they have a fix available and it’s been out for some time but no one at Jaguar/Land Rover has contacted them. How about just concentrating on cars and stop with this awful smack in the face after spending a considerable amount of money on a F-Type JLR should be ashamed of themselves

Got to Fix

Liked it right up unfit stopped working. Deleted app, redownloaded it, and still says my car is not armed and where I was 2 days ago. You need to fix this! App no good if it doesn’t work. So much for remote start and climate control

Terrible

For some reason Jaguar can’t seem to keep this app working correctly. Disappointed in the fact that a car worth the money that we paid, can’t seem to keep a simple app working. My need to look at a different vehicle on my next purchase. Which is sad because I love our F-pace.

So frustrating

I have never felt strongly enough about an app to write a review for it until now. The app has not worked for me for 9 days as of the writing of this review. And I've only had the car for less than 2 months. It keeps saying there is network delay even when I have LTE coverage or am on wifi. I reached out to the dealership and was told that sometimes when they update the app you have to reinstall the app, so I tried that (several times) and it still doesn't work. Now with summer here, it's more important than ever to have remote start, but I'm forced to manually start and sit in a 100+ degree car. It sounds like a #firstworldproblem but if I'm paying for a Jaguar, I expect it to work.

Please update

App crashes, won’t open

I expect more from Jaguar

I'm writing this review to address all the negativity of the other reviews especially the rant on April 5th. I'm not going to discard his concerns because yes these things do happen. However the conclusion of never buying another Jaguar again because it can't turn on remotely? Is a step to far too jump. The feature that turns on the car can use improvement but how about everything else? Journeys for accurate milage tracking? Remotely locking and arming the car? Calling for assistance? Tracking your loved one in an emergency? Further understand that the technology works within limits of science. When I owned a Hyundai the remote feature worked every time because I parked that car outside it was line of sight for the satellite reception. My XJL is parked three floors in a basement garage almost never parked outside no line of sight for the signal to reach it? Think of Sirius XM how it cuts out. So yes I'll continue to buy the best cars ever made. And I won't let the performance of this app make me think different of the performance of my car.
