One side never works. When trying to talk to someone I can’t hear them with the volume on full blast

I’ve had these and the app for about a month now and if gotta say they have nothing but outstanding, i can’t believe how much i use these through out the week and not have to worry about battery life! i can connect it to my apple tv if my gf is sleeping and i wanna watch anime. i can link these to anything i want and have it right at my ear. def worth the buy if you’re considering

I was so happy to get my new Jabra Elite 75t earbuds until I tried to use this app. The app can’t seem to find the earbuds on my iPhone 12 Pro with iOS 15.2 running on it. I have installed, uninstalled, reinstalled and restarted my phone in between and the app still won’t recognize the headphones. Trying to find support every link on the web directs me to the app in order to submit a case, which I can’t do because the support option doesn’t seem to be available until you paid a device and it is recognized by the app. If this is indicative of the level of quality I can expect from Jabra I may be moving to a different vendor very quickly….

The app and earbuds are both amazing. The only problem I have with them is that recently the earbuds don’t want to pair to my phone and it takes me a while to get them to connect. Otherwise, great app with good features!

I received my Jabra for Xmas, wonderful present!! I like them very much, incredibly useful and easy to pair to my two principal devices, my cel and my tablet (and connected at the same time, lovely!!!). For me a little confuse with all the functions at first; left ear, right ear, one time, two times, three times for this and see the color of the light…, but with the continuous use I now it would be really handful. Much, much recommended!! Thumb up, high five and five stars!!!!!

Been hoping that after a few iterations this would be resolved but it looks like there is still an issue with the sound+ app and other apps that use music/voice/coaching. It will drop the sound on music to play another layer like a call or coaching but then never restore the original sound. Then when you raise the volume iOS says the volume is too loud and sure enough it’s over 80%.
