Being able to control so many things and being provided with background music through the app is amazing and it give you so many different way to listen to your music suchas changing the levels of the bass and treble.
No real difference in ambient noise

The noise cancellation feature is a total joke. I can hear ambient noise both ways. The only difference is when hear through is on, it adds some high fuzz noise, that goes away when ANC is on. Don’t stay in ears either, have to mess with them about every 4-5 min to reseat. On a scale of 1-10 sound is about 3. Not even on the same scale as my old KOSS cans from the 70’s.

I like the ability to customize the sound but I have owned the earbuds for some time and to my knowledge there has never been a software update. there have been at least three newer models released and no updates seems unlikely.

Love the way they fit in my ears and I can workout with them in and they not fall. And taking a shower with them in is so relaxing. Put the rain sound on and forget about the world.
