Fail to download headset info!!

Can’t update, adjust EQ, NOTHING. Fix your app!! Been almost 2 weeks now and you guys just sit on your a$$es!
Keeps crashing

This will be the 3rd time I have to remove and reinstall the app because the app out a sudden stops detecting my headphones and none of the functions work. It even stops tracking them on the “find my Jabra” and just shows the last location before the software failure. Please do something to correct this. The headphones work fine, but if the app keeps doing this the app is completely unnecessary and a waste of memory space on my phone.
App can’t find earbuds

I’ve deleted and added multiple times and each time, app is unable to find earbuds once I turn off. Disappointing.
Left earbud disconnects everytime

Cannot enjoy the headset as the left earbud keep getting disconnected every time the headset in use. Checked online and it seems to be a common issue with the headset. Tried contacting support but couldn't connect . Left fb post stating disappointment and no response as of yet. It seems like they know the issue and doesn't care anyways. Please don't waste your money over the product

For the first few days it wouldn’t even connect to my headphones, but now it has been working pretty well. Nothing groundbreaking, but has some pretty cool functionality.
Keep losing the settings

I keep losing the ability to adjust the equalizer on the app. I have had to constantly delete the app and install it again in order to get my EQ settings back. It keeps saying that I must connect my headset to the phone which they are connected but it does not pick them up. I figure spending so much money on this headset I shouldn’t be running into problems like this on the app.
Terrible product and terrible app

I bought Jabra 65T active plus. I just can’t make it work. No music comes through. This app is of no help or use, not sure why they even have this. Very disappointed, can’t find help or any support.
Equalizer doesn’t seem to work

Nice Jabra Elite 65t earbuds. Good call quality for phone conversations with those I am talking with ... nice ... But the Sound+ app’s equalizer seems to not make a difference with it’s presents when I am playing music from my iPhone Xs Max. It’s paired properly. I have deleted, rebooted iPhone, reinstalled, re-paired, and tweaked every setting I could find. Still, the equalizer doesn’t seem to work. If I use Settings->Music->Equalizer [preset of choice] then things seem normal, each preset has a distinct sound ... but using the Sound+ app’s equalizer ... no difference ... I even tried to switch from base boost, to treble boost ... still, no difference.
Some annoying issues

- hear through is too quiet to be useful, the slider adjustment doesn’t really seem to make any noticeable difference, and sometimes it just turns off while it still shows as on in the app. - should be able to save custom eq settings, a trivial feature. - get ‘failed to download headset information’ and the only way to fix it is reinstall the app. (What’s suggested in the app to fix it does not do anything)

As an international flight attendant, peace and quiet is what I need walking through airports. I want to only hear my own music and these earbuds do a fantastic job blocking out noise, the sound is amazing. This is my 2nd pair, I have the gold beige color which hides perfectly with my blonde hair. Phone calls are great, no one knows I’m on the phone. These are awesome!!!
