The app is good but the earbuds are not durable at all they break fast I have had my jabra elite 3 earbuds for 3 weeks and they stopped working for no reason I haven’t dropped them I keep them in the case when not using them I cleaned them too Don’t buy there stuff

Overall the app is great. I love that I am able to control the tones in the headphones. However, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE work on the “Find My Jabra” feature. There’s been many times where i’ve misplaced my headphones and it’ll give me the location of somewhere I was 1-2 weeks ago. Just overall very unhelpful.

I’ve used Jabra for years now, and this app is a great companion. It’s simple and intuitive but gives access to lots of features. I especially like the built in modes and sound machines in the app. Also, super useful to easily update firmware. Also, their headphones are the best, bar none.

Updated review: The app uses dynamic text size as set in my iPhone settings but if the text is too large (middle of the slider, not on the largest setting) you can’t personalize your active noise cancellation, so you can’t turn it on at all. Just reduce your text size then do the setting then adjust it back. Original review Can’t turn on ANC in the headphones without setting up personalization. The personalization routine doesn’t work, one page is missing the “next” or “finish” button so you can only back out of it

This is the best app I have ever used for earbuds. I appreciate that the earbuds have voice prompts, as I am completely blind. The only issue I’m having is that I can’t adjust the E cues, because they’re not sliders. The reason that sliders are important for screen readers is because they could be adjusted. It would be appreciated if this could be fixed. For example when you were to go into the EQ, voiceover would say 50%, bass, slider. Then, a voiceover user would be able to swipe up and down to actually use the slider. Also, in the labels for the batteries, it would be helpful for voiceover users if they were labeled better. For example, the earbuds battery would say left 90%. Right 88%. and the case battery would say case, 9%. Also, it would be appreciated if the mics on the elite seven Pro could be improved to sound just like the 85T during phone calls. They sound better when using here through, so there’s no reason they can’t sound better during phone calls. Please update this via software. Thank you.
Does not recognize Elite 75t

Recently brought Jabra Elite 75t from store and as per instruction manual, installed this app v5.3.1 from Apple App Store. Turned on the earplugs and paired with my Apple 12 pro max device. Then opened jabra sound+ app to download latest firmware but it never recognized the earphones. Tried numerous times by uninstalling unpairing restarting my mobile and it never worked.

Really cool! I’ve never had a pair of ear buds that had me download an app before, but it’s free and the proses is worth it. It’s all to help and ensure you have the best listening experience. 10/10 would recommend!:D
