App works and is easy and user friendly

App seems to work seamless and is very helpful if you switch from talk or podcasts to some bass heavy edm you can adjust the eq for all the sound nerds out there you can tell the difference in the settings. I am a Dj and use headphones all the time I like the sound quality in these !

I just installed the app to use with my Jabra 65 and I think it’s very useful app, I wish they would add the presets for the phone type like iPhone or Samsung most common preset let’s say “iPhone” eq, or “LGThinq”.. etc

Headphones should last more than a couple months for the price. 4 months and my right earbud has no sound .

The Jabra Elite 57t earbuds, charging case and the app are all amazing. Way better than other ones out there.

The earbuds have no power in them for loud music. I have a cheaper pair that I have to turn them down. The other capabilities are O.K. The EQ isn’t all that great either...
Needs software/Bluetooth improvements

I want to like these earbuds but everything about the Bluetooth and battery is finicky. When audio stops when a song finishes playing with hear-through on, one side turns hear-through off then and the other side turns off and then both turn hear-through back on, again, one side at a time. It doesn’t say “hear through on/off” or anything when it does that. It gives me a headache every time it happens. Also, the left earbud battery depletes much faster than the right, all the time. I wish the app showed individual earbud battery life. Bluetooth connection is spotty a lot of the times with no obvious objects of inference. I’ve tried disconnecting and reconnecting, uninstalling and reinstalling the app but no fix.
