Missing Jabong

I was quite loyal to Jabong as I felt the quality of products on Jabong was quite good, in comparison to its peers. The user experience was also something I liked thoroughly. Lately, after myntra merger, things haven’t been the same. I see the platform dying, rather given its natural death, which is sad. I would love to see the product portfolio increase. Hope this happens.

Is something changed.. the Jabong which I used to purchase is different from this... before you guys used to come up with new arrivals from good brands and it was exciting, now I sincerely feel you guys are lacking behind... I don't see much good brands and whatever collection you guys are having are 1 or 2 years old for example Mango and many more brands like Tommy Hilfiger, Next, Dorothy Perkins I don't see the latest collection, all I see is the old collection... But when it's come to the service you guys are fabulous, it could be the customer care, Returns or exchange...??

I live in abroad and I tried jabong to send clothes to family and friends. My order was cancelled multiple times without a specific reason... when i contacted, CS said that they lost the order number because of technical issues. I never heard this type of reason in reputed online retailers. I do not recommend Jabong to any one.

Disappointed with the delivery system

Very disappointed with the delivery system. Delivery guys don’t respond to the calls and reschedule the delivery according to their own conveyance, which is very inconvenient as sometimes its time critical. Secondly the mode of payment is another concern as in the COD, only cash is accepted. Whereas when we order the items it says payment can be made by either cash or debit/credit cards.
