My last 3 orders were cancelled due to technical issue, which they failed to explain. They did refund the amount but I will never buy again from Jabong. I recommend Myntra, it has better collection and deals.

Actually items was so Dirty. I buy white dress in jabong. In app it shoes good but after delivered it is so dirty. And it takes a lot of time to deliver

I am mostly an online shopper. And I just love jabong, they have great variety, great delivery and very helpful customer support.. There just needs to be multiple selection option. For e.g. It allows you to select a brand and a category but you can't select say dress and a top only you need to select complete "clothing" category.. this isn't really a complaint but would make user experience even better it's certainly a "good to have"
