Disappointed with the delivery system – Jabong - Fashion Shopping App Review

Very disappointed with the delivery system. Delivery guys don’t respond to the calls and reschedule the delivery according to their own conveyance, which is very inconvenient as sometimes its time critical. Secondly the mode of payment is another concern as in the COD, only cash is accepted. Whereas when we order the items it says payment can be made by either cash or debit/credit cards.
