Product not delivered on time

Dear Jabong team The status showed product dispatched and currently status shows that you were not able to procure the product from the vendor. This delay is not acceptable since it was my daughters Birthday and had promised her some beautiful dresses that I saw on your website. I will have to end up breaking my promise while I am traveling because of your ability of not delivering on time. Could have planned something better, am not going to recommend or use Jabong in future. if you have made any promises on delivering to someone on time, don't use this website Thanks Jagdish

This app is a virus - I wonder how Apple team approved it ?! I checked them out - then delete the app. Once deleted - they have deleted my Mail app !!!! Now I need to see how to reinstall my accounts . Irresponsible app from the developers and Apple

Seems Jabong has really gone to the dogs after their take over by flipkart. Used to be such a customer friendly app. Now totally crap. Orders a pair of shoes... they sent it from a courier who you can't call. They kept updating that they are not able to deliver. I need to carry these with me on my travel and now they want to deliver after I fly... 5 days after the promised date. And there is no one to complain since they don't have a call center any more. Sad end to a terrific start...

My daughter and I just love this app. And shopping experience !! They are efficient in returns and exchanges, the app is amazingly easy to shop on and so fast !! Just wish we got more discount codes for loyal customers !!
