Utterly disappointing

App - 3 stars, doesn't accept the coupons easily, hyperlinks doesn't open Customer service - 1 star, never understands the issue or never takes responsibility even if the orders are cancelled due to their inefficient technology. Had to place the same order for 3 times before I finally gave up, called customer service multiple times, they just copy paste from their response templates.

Jabong app has nice UI and i like favshop section mostly .Yes, the app needs some more improvement but overall its a good one to have.

Voucher code gets applied as soon as it is entered, if i cancel the order after entering the code it gets used. Being myself a ios developer this is really bad.
