I've used Abine's Do Not Track service for years - now called Blur. It is super useful to have custom surprise email addresses and they make the whole process as easy as can be. I liked that the app is smart about letting you create anonymous emails to associate with other phone apps. I know it also has lots of other features I haven't used yet like disposable credit cards and phone numbers and a whole password manager. Definitely recommended!

Syncs my accounts with my browser and lets me make new credit cards on the fly

I went to test out the masked cards feature during the free trial and it immediately charged me $39 for the premium subscription. There was a quick line of text that was mostly cut off right above the button to continue, so now I know what it said I guess. Anyway I have no idea if the masked cards thing is a fraud because their company already seems like a fraud. The password generator does its job, saves logins in a convenient manner, it's even vetted by Forbes but honestly I just want my $40.

I echo the other reviewer's comments. Be careful - or suddenly you'll be out $40 without knowing it. Blur charges the card you store in the wallet as soon as you access a premium feature. This is likely in violation of Apple's terms of service as they are charging a fee for digital goods and bypassing Apple's required iTunes payment system. Second - there are a ton of restrictions on the "masked" credit card transactions that you don't find out about until after the fact. The restrictions are so tight that it makes this functionality pretty much useless. The Blur customer support blamed the problem on a "new algorithm" - but either way you can't really use the masked cards in any practical sense.

Time and again. The mobile app with the fingerprint unlock is fine work. My lifesaver for privacy. Using the masked email service for many years almost every day. Wouldn't want to miss it. Also the masked credit card and phone option has had it's occasions of valuable use.

Awesome at protecting you and your identity from hackers. As soon as they get there UI to be easier and more intuitive I'll be raising them to 4. If they go open source I'll give them 5.

In principle great. But why can't it accept and store ID and Pssw automatically? Very user unfriendly. Would like to upgrade but not until these and other bugs are fixed

The Blur service is fantastic. I've used it for nearly three years now - paying for Premium service and I love it. No more spam, have blocked multiple telemarketers, and I feel safe shopping online. I mostly use the browser extensions, but the app is handy for verifying purchases and saving passwords I use on my phone. The app has always worked well for me. It's not the best UI, but it's functional, snappy and I've never encountered any bugs or problems. Thanks for an amazing service Abine.
