Seriously, the best free interval timer available. Don’t hesitate to download and try it out.

Great app! Works with Pandora and offer “text to speech” including countdown to next interval.

I really appreciate the amount of intervals able to be created on here. However, for the cost, it'd be nice to see some additional features such as varied rest time options (add a rest feature inside individual intervals).

It makes it so easy to set a HIIT timer and let it do the work for you. You set the sets, reps and how long each section is and it tells you how long it will take. There’s no excuse to not use this. I will be upgrading if I run out of timers but once again. Awesome for a free app. Waaaayyyyyy better than any of those crappy ones found elsewhere

I’ve tried a number of different interval timers and this is by far the best. One of my biggest needs what is an interval timer that work with my Apple Watch so I could use while running. It has worked flawlessly. You can set up a one timer for free without buying the pro version. There are a few features that aren’t available in the free version but for the most part everything works great. Even though I don’t need more than the one timer I’ll probably buy just to support the app.

For a while I have been looking for an app that would automatically time my stretches so I wouldn’t need to keep looking at a watch. Admittedly that’s a very simple request, but not only is Intervals the first app I’ve found to do it well, it is really a very well-designed app with a beautifully integrated watch app. It is intuitive and easy to use, and just really well-made. Kudos to the developer.

I love this app but the only problem I’m having (which I very well may be doing something wrong) is I’m trying to use it with my Apple Watch but I find alone it doesn’t track heart rate as often as the Apple Workout app. I then tried to use both at the same time but intervals told me to turn of fitness tracking to use it with the Apple Workout app, but I can’t find the setting! If it could track heart rate as often as The Apple Workout app then it would be perfect. If someone could reach out with answers I’d happily update to 5 stars :)
