Watch doesn’t work

Michael Donovan

I keep getting a notification on my watch that I’m unable to do a workout because I need to give Apple health permissions on my phone. Ive already given permissions and it continues to tell me this over and over and over again. I’m unable to use it on my watch, so what’s the point?

Love this app!

So customizable. I’ve used the old timer for a long time and still do but this is my new go to especially since I can create and save all my workouts!

Exceeds expectations

To time myself when I run intervals, I used to use IntervalTimer in conjunction with Runkeeper so that I would have an idea of my pace. It was cumbersome and unreliable. Then I found Interval Pro. This app by itself measures my pace plus other stats, like heart beats per minute, so I don’t need to use a second app. Plus it is super customizable. I now have timers, like ones based on distance, that I didn’t have with the other app. My wife and I even use it at the gym to guide us through our workouts. The subscription is cheaper than the other app, too.

Love it - if youre serious about your routines..

This is a great app - worth the price. It is not a stale timer app - new features and fixes come out frequently- check latest release dates before you get any app …

This is by far the BEST timer EVER!!!!

Almost there… a nearly perfect HIIT/Tabata timer

AppleTVFan!

This app is nearly perfect (despite the comments I give below). So many other apps are either buggy and useless, or cluttered and unintuitive. However, a couple of suggestions: The integration of AirPods & Apple Watch just isn't there. I can't listen to Spotify and use the app at the same time. (I know I'm supposed to be able to, but I can't get it to work.) The timer should announce the heart rate during the exercise (ideally at 1/4, 1/2, 3/4 way through). This is key for HIIT training. The Apple Watch integration is also lacking. For example, I should be able to start a session on the app, and then have it start on the watch (or vice versa). The option for external heart rate monitors seems nice, but it would be great to have it work a bit more aggressively--especially for HIIT training when the Apple Watch doesn't work quite as well. Finally, the interface has A LOT of options. Perhaps some simplification? However, an excellent app!

Requires location tracking

I just wanted an interval timer. But this one refuses to start the timers unless I enable location tracking. Totally worthless.

Love it

Makes it easier to workout

StarGirl82

I used to write down my exercises on an index card. Then after I had done the workout many times I would memorize the order. However by that time I wanted to switch it up. Now I can add my exercises into this wonderful app and switch them whenever I want. It works beautifully with my watch so I never have to carry anything around with me. It was easy to set up and customize. I recommend this app to anyone who wants to workout without holding all the details in their head or on paper. Well done!
