I’ve been using this app for a few weeks to start walk/running to train for a 5k. I’ve enjoyed it. Very easy to use, and I like that it works easily with my music playing in the background. The main improvement I would like to see is total tracking: distance and time for the week, month, etc. would also be great to see how my pace is improving over time.

I love the flexibility to create my own timers. Additionally, this app allows complex structure to the timer design.

I am training for my first marathon and this app have been a godsend and the only reason I don’t feel I need to get a Garmin Watch like everyone else on my team. Because of this app and a couple of others I can do on my Apple Watch everything my friends can do on their garmin. If you are serious runner with an Apple Watch you must get this app! You won’t regret it!!!

I just started to use this app as a new runner at 51. This is making it so much easier! And I can even use it while listening to my audio books.
