Started with free app and found out how easy it is to use. This led to me buying the app so I could do more and save more workouts. So simple, an old fat man can do it. ?

Exactly what I was looking for to walk me through the stretches and exercises of my physical therapy routine. Easy to edit routines to alter timing, prompts, etc. Saves record of workout with no extra steps. Perfect, really.

Ugly, interface and incredibly difficult to navigate. Your iPhone has an amazing screen. Capable of rendering millions of colors. This app uses 3. 3 colors. Not 3 million, just three. It’s the hardest thing to look at, and it makes it so hard to find anything because there is no distinction between one section or setting and another. Apple Watch integration doesn’t work well. Commandeers the gps on Apple Watch even when you have all settings set to not track stats. When it does use gps, (because I gave up trying to fight it about 4 miles into a long run,) it doesn’t show you ANY stats. NONE. Intervals takes over the gps, then doesn’t tell you distance or pace! Useless! Don’t do it.

I’ve been using it to train for long distance running using the run/walk method. It’s one of the best apps I’ve ever used. Integration with the Apple Watch is flawless. This apps is so good, I want to buy it again. ?

I am so glad this app exist. I had to have ankle surgery recently and I was looking for a 0 to 5k app to use with my Apple Watch. I am so glad they actually made it. Wish they make a 5k to 10k to train even more. There are still a few bugs that they need to fix like today I did my first run, when it was over the app crash and couldn’t get it back up until I restarted the watch. Also I can’t find a way to stop a workout out before is done from the watch.

Love that it works and is so simple. Also lots of little customizable details for noises and alarms.

I was looking for a simple interval timer for my walk/run training for a 1/2 marathon and this has been very simple to use and I have not had any glitches with it and it works with my Apple Watch as well
