I decided to download the App as I am a frequent Interjet flyer, and want to get notifications related to eventual issues with my flights; so far, no timely notifications about delays of previous flights received ever, while in the other hand Interjet keep sending me unwanted advertisement of their products and services

Las últimas veces que he viajado e incluso personas que yo misma he recomendado, no hemos tenido la mejor experiencia en mostrador, sin contar con los retrasos, en verdad me gusta mucho esta aerolínea, pero creo qué deberían de poner un poquito de más esfuerzo en atención al cliente.
Improvement, but we’re did the App discount go?

Version 1.9.1 is avast improvement from the .0 version. It no longer crashes every time I use it. I am impressed how fast Interjet released the fix. My only question now is “Where did the App discount go?” Interjet previously offered an extra little discount when using the App over the internet or phone, but it’s gone. ? Oh well, in my opinion still a great app and a great, reasonable fee, airline.

What good are flight updates if they aren’t accurate. Mexico City airport is a total crapshoot for gate and time information. You would think an app would help, but noooooo! Nearly missed my flights twice!!!

Mi hija viaja en esta aerolínea dos veces por año y aparte de que es confiable es muy fácil comprar los tíquets y a buen precio la recomiendo, el personal es muy amable
