Decepcionado porque en los primeros viajes que hicimos muy buenos y puntuales ahora continuamente están cambios el horario de vuelo y no tomando en cuenta que uno escoje el horario que más le combiné y dos días antes lo cancelan y lo jugando con las puertas y salas de salida nos tienen que transportar en autobús para tomar y descender del avión

Chicago-Guadalajara-Monterrey. I was informed at check in my connection flight Guadalajara monterrey was cancelled. But they would check me in the next flight to monterrey... 12 hours later! Asked clerk what was I supposed to do 12 hours in the airport and he said you can walk around and eat tacos... While being checked in the connection for 13 hours after arrival time, I was purchasing another ticket for my connection with a different airline. I asked Interjet clerk if I would be reimbursed he said I would need to find out when I got to Guadalajara. I barely made my connection with the other airline, absolutely no time to find out with Interjet in Guadalajara. Never would flight Interjet again!

Don’t expect the same services or customer rights as you have with USA airlines. They don’t answer your phone calls or emails. They won’t honor any of your customer rights. They are always running behind and you will get no apologies.
En la Ciudad de Mexico el atendimento es pésimo

Mal educados, no te quieren dar información. Si no quieren trabajar mejor que no vayan a su trabajo. Todos de la aerolínea en el aeropuerto de la Ciudad de México no sirven para nada. Pésimo servicio.
Unhappy customer
Another unhappy customer.
Worst airline ever. Your belongings are stolen from luggage and flights are canceled without refunds. I will not use interjet ever again. They are going to be out of business soon.
Flights are always delayed

I flew in interjet for the first time. Both flights were delayed. On the return flight there was not airline attendant at gate to explain the delay and to give details on the new departure time. Very disappointed Carlos
