Tenía un vuelo programado y al Momento de hacer check inn me dijeron que estaba cancelado estoy de acuerdo que son tiempos difíciles y hay cambios pero al Menos tengan la decencia de notificar a las personas con tiempo no creo que les cueste mucho con toda la tecnología que existe hoy en día

Interjet would offer you a good price for a trip that you’ll never do. They cancel every single trip. Don’t fall for the cheap opportunities they offer.

We have been trying to connect with with the call center fir months with no luck. Due to COVID our flight was cancel in April which we totally understood. The airline confirm travel voucher on future travel, BUT they stopped flying to the US. We need a refund at this point since they are not flying. No luck in reaching a live person and their app chat does nothing. They never reached back. Interjet is sad to know you are eliminating your routes to US, now please refund our money back.
