No dan ni vende comida ni bebidas en un vuelo de 4 horas y media sodas y papas fritas no películas la compañía mas mala para viajar me cancelaron el vuelo y nunca me notificaron éramos los dos pasajeros de ese vuelo que nunca llamaron perdí un día de trabajo y ni las maletas me dieron gratis

Failed to allow me to fix my personal details or correctly process check-in to my flight, customer service is non existent the result was I lost my flight. I wouldn’t use this company, not reliable or trustworthy. Very disappointed.

I took a flight at 5 am from Houston Tx to Mexico city and they charged me 30.00 dlls and my wife just call me and told me that she did not paid $30.00 dls in the same flight at 4:30 pm
