Travel Assist should be included in Yearly Plan

I purchased your Yearly Plan for $24.99 because I like the format and I wanted the Travel Assist. Only to find that I have to pay $6.99/quarter on top of the Yearly Fee if I want the Travel Assist. That's a rip off! After my free trial I’ll return to my other calendars that offer FREE Travel Assist.

I have been a user of this calendar for a few years. I enjoyed the free version. It was great. So it was an absolute no brainer for me when it had to be purchased. Recently, I had an issue with the calendar app as Apple was rolling out new updates. After IOS15.2 my calendar app had a “gremlin”. I reached out to Tech Support (shout out to Jennifer) geez…they responded quick, fast and in a hurry. It was a very quick fix and there are no residual issues. Anyone that is a fast paced professional like myself that relies on a great calendar app will be happy with this product.

Apple Watch Complication doesn’t work

I’ve been using the phone app for years and it’s the only thing I use for scheduling. But the home page complication on the Apple Watch doesn’t work as intended. It will always say “no upcoming events” but when I click on it, it will show all the events for the day. It’s very inconvenient. If I’m doing something wrong, someone please help.
Nice, but it’s cripple ware if you use the free version

Nice looking app, but it has very limited functionality as the free version, and I am not prepared to pay the annual subscription fee. Your thoughts may differ.

I have been using this since pocket informant days for several years till 2019- I divorced this app due to very bad issues , poor customer support etc and thought of trying this after many updates from new development team and management - this is a good turnaround story and the product is much much better, leveraging the iOS widget capabilities- still some kinks resolved and features added that we want to see this product for this price point - but headed in the right direction and will stick with this for some more time and see how it goes. Congratulations and Good luck to the new team !

UPDATE BELOW Just as EF said. My calendar shakes and all data has disappeared. This has been a good program until today- the helpful new update. Stay away till it gets fixed. This is an update. I give it four stars, on the way to five stars. Support person Jennifer suggested a fix that seems to be working. Thank you Jennifer. I’m going to give it a few weeks to make sure everything continues to work properly. I’m betting things will go well. If they do Informant5, and Jennifer, will both earn my gratitude and five stars. NEW UPDATE: This is a change to FIVE stars. I’m completely beyond any problems. The program works well. Thanks Jennifer for the attention to my problem, and your excellent Customer Service.
