Awful app, it’s so frustrating and useless

It’s hard to describe how sucky this app is. Its spammy, it forces you to answer survey questions before using it, it’s about 50% reliable in connecting, it’s brutally slow. Love the camera, but sad that the software around it is so user unfriendly.

Gathering Location information takes more time than it should, fails at times, hard to set up or should I say re-set up as I have to do it routinely. Poor interface as well makes it a very poor app.

Might be ok if it’d actually connect to camera via wifi. It just wont.

Fix Location Recording Function

I have the A7 IV and have to open the app every time I want it to record location info when turning the camera on. Even if off for 5 seconds turning the camera back on it will not record the location data without opening the app on the phone again. This is not practical while out hiking. Please fix this! I do not have this problem with either Fuji or Canon cameras and the software recording location data. I don’t remember this being an issue with the A7 III or A7RIII either.
