After downloading the app and agreeing to all the contractual stuff the start button freezes and when closing and reopening the app a black screen appears. I thought about getting a Sony full frame but with crap like this my ZV-1 will be my last Sony product!!!!!

This software is does not work. The android version works ok but this iOS one only shows a single photo and errors o it when I try and copy to my device.

Unbelievable complicated just to connect. Awful.

NFC will not work, QR code via Safari says “No usable data”, manual connection works but sporadically, bluetooth unstable. This is shameful Sony. The app is bad enough that I will return my Alpha 7 M3.

They made a confusing app, EVEN MORE CONFUSING TO USE. So user unfriendly.

I succeeded to transfer raw photos from Sony a7m4 to iPad. But I can’t view and share them.

Useless to even list on the AppStore. For such a large company it’s unfortunate they are so awful at app development.

App will not work if it’s not been updated, so if you were somewhere where you do not have Wi-Fi you will not be able to to use this app. Keeps asking for me to approve the new privacy terms but I do not have service so now I am unable to use this app and transfer the photos to my device. They need to have an off-line mode that allows people to be able to continue to use the features from the Wi-Fi in the app seamlessly with the camera. As a travel photographer this app has become pretty pointless and useless unless I’m sitting at a coffee shop with Wi-Fi.

The Wi-Fi feature on this app is garbage and I have to reconnect every single time for one photo to transfer onto my phone. I just bought a lightning port sd card reader and off load the imagines or video I want onto my phone that way now. Super easy and convenient and can upload multiple photos at a time instead of just the one like this app. No reason at all to keep this app now.
