Issue with WiFi and iPhone

Appears to have issue with WiFi connection using iPhone app...worked well about a month ago and now unit won’t connect and app says that my iPhone doesn’t support connection...

I’m trying to get my iPhone 8plus to work with the ilive app when I hit search it keeps telling me my device doesn’t enable WiFi but my WiFi button is on and I’m still having issues can come one plz help

Bought an ilive speaker with alexa for Christmas. Can’t connect the speaker to my Wi-Fi without the ilive app. The ilive app is complete junk and does not work. Called “tech support “ 3 times and they just keep saying to wait for the next update. Next update comes and SURPRISE it still does not work. I am returning my ilive speaker and will not ever by an ilive product again. Don’t waste your time, spend a few more bucks and get something better.

Does not work with the newer iphones, I only got my device to connect because I used a iphone 6.

Had a few issues with the app not having the option to add my amazon music unlimited account and pandora account being added and not being recognized but other than that it worked fine now it’s saying my device doesn’t allow Wi-Fi connection.

This is a complete joke. Got a sound bar for Christmas and can’t even use it because I have an iPhone 7. What a wast of money.

The App opens and has a search button at the bottom. When I press it I get an error screen that says I’m not connected to WiFi. It had happened on both of my kids’ phones(iPhone 7+) and now my phone(iPhone SE). I will be returning these speakers. ILive Concierge with Alexa
