When I called Amazon five days ago the techs didn’t seem to know anything about the problem. I referred them to all the recent ILive Review complaints we made. The tech checked them out and said he’d alert everyone. Tried ILive app a couple times and today it works. Just follow the directions. Good luck. Two Stars for all the hassle....

It was working just fine and I was able to connect to Bluetooth and play music but now whenever I try to connect to the app it says that my device is not connected to my Wi-Fi I know it’s not my Wi-Fi because I’m connected and it’s working fine but the app is saying that I’m not connected so please let me know if I need to do something else

I spent my morning trying to set up the WiFi and it ONLY connects to Bluetooth. Very frustrating! .. I give it Zero stars.

Not sure why people are having difficulties but I did not. Key point is to connect to a visible 2.4 ghz wireless to set it up, required for the model I have. Used my iPhone 6 with ease to set up, once I programmed the WiFi password into the speaker it connected directly to the WiFi. I set the preset buttons using the app and now the speaker is totally independent of the app by using the presets to start playing my favorite content from TuneIn.

I get to Alexa sign in and typing is so slow to react on the app that it crashes before I can login to amazon, can’t activate Alexa.

How I fixed the problem

Many of you are having the same trouble with concierge speaker and other things. Connecting to the olive app. What I found after weeks of trial and error is to turn my WiFi button off for about 15 seconds then back on don’t turn the router off or reboot it just the WiFi button hope this works for someone else.

I really don’t understand the point of putting Alexa on here if all she can do is set alarms. Doesn’t support Spotify. Can’t use Audio commands like “start my day” etc. it seems there are more limitations than freedoms. For the price.... I could have just bought an echo. It’s a scam to sell a worse product with Alexa inside to lure people into the purchase.

Please FIX ....thank you for a good app but nice when it works.

It worked great until the other day. Maybe because I didn’t get on the app for awhile. The app said it’s not online lol yet it was playing music? Alexa was responding! I tried to correct that. BIG MISTAKE. Now nothing. ?‍♀️
