I spent $65.00 on this speaker n it won’t work because your app is busted!!!! Only says on one page about your Wi-Fi isn’t enabled!!!! Waste of money!!!

I have to admit when I took the speaker out of the box and mounted under my cabinet, I was excited to get started only to find out the APP did not work with the speaker. So I made contact with the App customer service. I was originally giving a 1 star rating, but have since changed to a 4 star rating for the customer service, you delivered the update and it works. Thanks Alexa works with my WiFi. Thanks for working feverishly to update the App. Great job with the customer service.

Fortunately version 3.5.6602 fixed a serious issue with connecting to the speaker. The app works fine utilizing Pandora, iHeartRadio & Tidal as well as other internal services. Glad to see the app working. Would love to see other services available.

The app doesn’t work for iPhone when trying to connect a iLive Platinum speaker. Very poorly built app.

After a few frustrating weeks of not being able to connect an iOS device the iLive app and its recent update finally work! My original rating was a well deserved one star but now that everything seems to be up and running I’ll switch it to 4/5. Thanks for finding a fix.
