It works great.

Got two units and am able to easily play whatever I want. I read the instructions.

What a waste. No support

Spent 2 hours trying to connect to Spotify. Able to connect to Wi-Fi and Alexa app but no music. Don’t need device that just tells me weather and time. Going to get another Sonos or Echo and trash the iLive Concierge. Tried to send comments and bug log through app but that’s been spinning for 20 minutes now.

Doesn’t work!

The app keeps shutting down before I can set it up!

Don’t bother

Worst app I’ve ever used. Couldn’t do anything with it. It never found my iLive speaker so no use in keeping it.

waste of time and money

after finishing the process of connecting the device to the internet, it says its successful and you can start to use it. Then as soon as you try to do anything, it says “device is not connected to WiFi” but does not let you fix it. There is no way to reconnect to the WiFi, and you are unable to use the speaker.

I wish I could choose no stars

This speaker worked for about a week.. Now no audio is ever synced up while using live play and I can’t even connect to the Bluetooth anymore. Great job Amazon.

Way better not perfect yet

So for the clock from my husband in Dec and it was garbage with iPhone 8 and 10, eventually we got to work by finding charging and using our old iPhone 6. Unfortunately power went out one day and lost all settings ?‍♀️, didn’t want to dig up old iPhone again so this wound up in donate bin. However, it was an $$$ clock so I thought I’d try one more time, now August and they seem to have worked out a lot of bugs. I like the audio quality better than the echo dot in my bedroom but it doesn’t recognize routines, if they added that I’d give it five stars now.

So terribly disappointing. This app doesn’t work at all.

I got an iLive speaker for my birthday and followed the instructions carefully to set it all up. This app allowed me to connect via Wi-Fi but will NOT let me sign in to Amazon Alexa. It’s just a plain white screen. I’ve spent hours trying to get it to work. When I called support they said every time Apple does an iPhone update it usually causes this app to malfunction. They told me to wait for the next app update. Seriously? With no expected release date. It’s useless and I can’t use my speaker at all.

No thanks

Called tech support and was told their app was not compatible with iPhone at this time and that new update would be available “within 2-3 days.” Looked at old reviews and saw this excuse used many times over last several months. Glad it was a gift and I didn’t waste money on it

Very poor

This app is low quality. It crashes every single time I open the app. I’ve even tried deleting app and re downloading it and shutting my phone off. Neither work.
