I love this app because I dont have to transfer money if I use this app. It helps me to save in dollars. Error messages shown are super useful so that you end up with infinite upgrade loop. Touch id authentication is a fun so that it asks to touch even when you logout. I get 30 paisa extra offer if I attend a call in the midnight. What else I need from Money2India. Keep up all good works and maintain quality of this super app.

Been using the service for over a decade. For the last several months, the app needs an upgrade that cannot be found in the App Store. Launching the app, returns a ‘Access to Server Disabled. Please upgrade to the new version of the App from the App Store’. WHERE IS THIS ‘UPGRADED VERSION’? Feels like it is time to move on to more responsible service providers.

This app requires a lot of security checks when transferring money and takes a about 5-7 days to complete a transfer. However, it gives you the lowest transfer cost and no additional expenses.

Its a nice app. It had problems earlier but its getting better. Now a days it works smooth with occasional hiccups. I am happy with it. Overall nice app.

90% of time app won’t open or stay open with out abruptly crashing. And when it does, can’t navigate to details of a transaction and you have no choice but to open on a browser to access them. Can’t comprehend the contact methods; abrupt disconnects of phone calls with out solving the issue. Systemic ICICI tech problems and not just this Money2India app alone. Thank GOD now in this day and age you can rest passwords with out having to email them first then some one in 24h resets and send an email to set new password! Good luck , and wondering why am I still sticking to this useless inefficient 15year old methods when there are so many competitors out in the market. Oh, I know why. Cause I opened a NRI account with them and you would think all Apps by them would be under one umbrella. Nahh...again assumption...enough said

This is a pathetic app with zero stability. The app crashes every single time I open it. How can an app offered by a large bank have such basic issues? Deleting it right away.
