It's crashing all the time. I can't login at all, so what's purpose of app? Worst update. Please fix it right now. It's not working at all.

Doesn't anybody test the app before offering it to the public. It just hangs when you try to log in. Pretty pathetic for a well known institution. Trying to give it a negative rating but I guess you have to rate it with one star!!

Does anything work? It doesn't get past the login screen! On the top it displays a Welcome <name> text but the screen below is the pre-login screen. This app is not ready to go from the developers' hands to testing, how in heaven's name did it get deployed to real world users?! Two years ago it was a crap show and it still is? Beggars belief!

The app never goes past login. What's the use of an app if you cannot use it 99% of the time.

I am an existing user of ICICI money to India. When I give my user name and password why is the app trying to sign me up as a new user? I think this is totally useless app. I can only imagine how Siri would work.

I have downloaded the app from Apple store When u open the web it just tells u to update after updating it does not work.

incohrent cognizance
The app keeps crashing on iOS 11 not matter what I try. After entering password, the spinner spins for sometime and then app crashes. Useless!
