Pathetic money transfer experience

Customer service has no idea what the issue on the rejection of money transfer is. No email notifications, no status update.... absolutely ridiculous.
The App which never works from get go.

Login page is in continuous loop of error and reload . I opened the app after months hoping the errors were fixed. Same crappy response

This is the worst banking app I have ever used. Design looks good but one cant just work. It hangs. It shows system down despite internet banking working fine. This app frustates me !! REQUIRES URGENT DRASTIC IMPROVEMENT

This is the worst financial app I have used. It takes forever to load, asks you reset your password every few days. Keeps locking me out because it takes very long to load and doesn't put my password through fast enough. If I could I would give it a negative star. Unfortunately I have to give it at least one star to be able to write a review.

I downloaded the app and the immediate update and this app was every bit is easy as logging into the website and doing it. The convenience is that I can do it faster in the app than I can on the website from my start phone. The interface on the app is more straightforward than the web. I hope they will continue to improve and make it better with Touch ID and extra features.
Unable to use it

I have downloaded the latest version and am unable to use it. For starters the app is stuck after clicking on the submit button when trying to login. Don't see an option to use touch id.
