Systemic problems – ICICI Bank-Money2India Review

90% of time app won’t open or stay open with out abruptly crashing. And when it does, can’t navigate to details of a transaction and you have no choice but to open on a browser to access them. Can’t comprehend the contact methods; abrupt disconnects of phone calls with out solving the issue. Systemic ICICI tech problems and not just this Money2India app alone. Thank GOD now in this day and age you can rest passwords with out having to email them first then some one in 24h resets and send an email to set new password! Good luck , and wondering why am I still sticking to this useless inefficient 15year old methods when there are so many competitors out in the market. Oh, I know why. Cause I opened a NRI account with them and you would think all Apps by them would be under one umbrella. Nahh...again assumption...enough said
