Pretty good app but why is there no wind trigger? All weather stations provide it and it’s a pretty big deal for some locations.
Needs work

So far I’m not impressed. Controller set up and connection with app went fine. The manual operation of the controller though the app does not work and it is not clear why.

Overall this app works well but I find the scheduling function for zones/times to be incredibly cumbersome. Good luck if you want to add a second watering schedule for a zone in the same day.
Frustrating product

Working fine, then logs me out and will not connect to my controller serial number... about to give up with Hydrawise’s extremely low effort to improve their user interface, customer service and product quality control.

After using and working with many other Wi-Fi controllers, this platform and the support that goes with it is absolute the best. Clients have found it to be more user friendly. Could be more satisfied with Hunter Irrigation

For someone who has the control box in the lower level of the house, this app is super convenient! The days of running up and down steps to configure the sprinklers are over! This app is very intelligent (sensing weather, humidity, and custom settings for temperatures) and very easy to use. Graphical interface is very chic and modern!! HIGHLY recommend this app!

The recent updated app negates my ability to use it. I have an older iPad version 9.3.5. The newer app requires a much newer os. A request to offer the earlier version, evidently was not accepted.
App and controller not supported by anyone.
Someone took my nicknames
Irrigation installers had no idea how to set up the app to work with the controller. No phone number for them to call when we had problems with set up. I though I figured it out and got it working, but got an email from support@hydrawise saying I needed to set up account. So guess I didn’t. ??? Emailed support for help, automated response. The irrigation techs have no idea how to resolve the app and controller issue and have recommended I not use it, since there is zero support for the product. But paid extra for a controller with WiFi and app. But if app doesn’t work with the controller it came with and there is no wY to get support. Looks like I will have to get a new irrigation company to get a product that works that is isnt this brand or app.
Not good at predicting

We just had the largest rain of the year last night and this morning but my sprinklers still went on this morning even though my grass is a ocean due to the rain. The predictive/intelligent nature of this product needs work
