Poor messaging feature

I am trying to send a message to my irrigation specialist via the app and the messaging feature does not allow me to see or edit what I type. The app is what I expect from small company. Poorly designed with slow responding interface. But why offer writing and sending a message if it doesn’t work?

New Version is Terrible !

I don’t know who designed the new version of this app but you ruined it. Please bring back the old version. I manually run my zones. I used to turn the first zone on, type in the time to run and let it go. Then I’d manually click each one to run. Each zone would turn on respectively after the zone before it finished. That no longer works with this new version of the app. It interrupts the first zone rather than waiting for it to finish. I used to be able to manually type in how long I wanted a zone to run. That’s gone now too. Instead it’s a stupid circle that is very difficult to get to the exact time frame you want. Again who designed this? Absolutely awful. I actually regret getting this wifi controller last year now. I told my irrigation company about this ridiculousness and they are now looking at other brands because of this. I know I will never use this brand again unless things change with the app.

Manual timer input Circle frustrates

New Remote tab is a good idea, but new Circle indicator imprecise when intuitively dragging to set time. Try to set a 1 minute test and get 90 minutes - frustrating since many tests needed when troubleshooting. Tapping 2x in circle center for textbox is non-intuitive, plus textbox should automatically bring up numeric keypad. Inefficient (slower) compared to manual timer input method from past versions of app.

Very difficult to use

Your application managers need to do some major work on making this app easier to use. I’d gladly trade in all of the “gee-whiz” functions regarding hot weather settings for a much simpler way of turning my sprinklers on / off or adjusting the schedule.

Reports Dashboard Crashing

The reports dashboard is no longer functional, at all, since last update. Please fix soon

How frustrating. Not sure how many updates there have been but both iOS and Android versions now have THE BUGGIEST tap-to-fill-fields and even the “Next” buttons and pull down menus are hinky. What should be a delight to use just keeps getting worse. :( Get it together Hunter.

7.22 broke the app for me

Watering via the app stopped working in the latest release (7.22).

Really buggy delivers False reports.

This system and app should have been tested more extensively. It delivers reports of so called actual watering that are false. So your dealer, when monitoring remotely, thinks it’s working, and so do you, but it’s not. I’ve moved WiFi points to deliver a strong signal but it still delivers false reports and works intermittently. And the app works with some of my zones and not others despite both the dealer and my setting it up together. Thank goodness this month has been rainy anyway.

Garbage app - doesn’t work at all

This app stinks, won’t launch - it’s been over a year now with updates, and it won’t load properly. Unusable!!

The app still feels amateur. There see to be frequent updates and I do not understand why those updates do not include visual design support for the iPhone XS Max. The icons at the bottom are difficult to select and interfere with the home bar.
