I hate this program. It’s unnecessarily confusing and complicated.

This app won’t hold settings and randomly assigns watering times duration and frequency. It has over watered costing a LOT of money and wasting water during drought. I really want it to work and it seems simple enough, but I have entered settings so many times which is time consuming and complicated only to have it disregarded settings and full in on its own.

I had a Hunter control panel installed in 2020 and this app worked perfect. I might have had one issue the entire season. But now in 2022 I have had multiple issues in which the app is just not working. I have deleted the app multiple times and reinstalled it but to no avail. The Hunter control panel is connected to the WiFi so I don’t know what the issue is. Does anyone know if there is a support number to reach out to? Thank you

This app has so many awesome possibilities! Please update. Better smart home integration, easier navigation, voice control, and better schedule planning interface all would be a great start.
Use the website to program

The app is for control, I’ve learned. Bust out the laptop to set your programs and schedules. Being able to copy zones and schedules would be very helpful for the app though. Strange behavior after starting zones from remote. Strange behaviors elsewhere.
Can’t order irrigation with IPad

The Controller attached to the house is working, but with the IPad nothing happens anymore. My Wi- Fi is not great but the Controller is receiving signal very well, so why I can’t do anything anymore with the IPad. When I go to the Controller the Icon below has a Red Triangle even though is working. Terrible System!

Why can’t there just be a week, you click the days you want, you choose the time for each day and how long the water will be on. It’s 2021, this can’t be that difficult. Cmon!!!

They need to make it so you can use google home to control functions. I’m going to sell my controller to find a controller the is compatible with google home. Love Hunter products but disappointed the lack of compatibility with google.
