Not working correctly

Unable to view orders. Says there was a pblm. Try again. Been that way for two weeks. If I do not not use app and go to Humana Pharmacy works great.

My app isn’t working (IOS 8+) Worked fine. Now for about a mth nothing. Please get this fixed

This is the first review I have written for an app. I have consistently been unable to log into this app getting a “general error” message followed by being locked out from entering incorrect password. I was using a touch login so I know the password is not incorrect. I think I have been able to access the app successfully twice in over 10 separate tries.

Face Recognition

It is not working on my iPhone X, you can bring the program up with face recognition but when you go to sign out it brings face recognition back up immediately and logs you right back in. You have to turn the phone away from you so the camera doesn’t see you to get logged out. Face recognition works just fine on My Humana but not Humana Pharmacy.

If all you want is to be able to refill any & all prescriptions, then this one is for you. If you want to be able to actually manage you prescriptions, then this is NOT the app you need! IMHO this is worthless and I am deleting!

This app is not working right every time I try to login it tells me my password is wrong and I have to reset it which is not and then it won’t let me use my thumbprint it’s beginning to be a pain right in my

Not sure but twice I have ordered from the OTC store . After I order and finish all the information along with paying I check back to see where the shipment is and it shows “cancelled “ Not sure why but it gets very upsetting to me. My time is valuable and yet I take the time to use the Humana pharmacy and the cancel my order. Don’t understand why Humana offers something the cancels orders.

Like the person before me writing a review, I too am having the same problem not only with the Pharmacy but also the main "Humana.com and MyHumana"! It is extremely frustrating not being able to access the websites. Can someone PLEASE fix these problems? I refuse to change my passwords yet again! Frustrated in Chattanooga
