This is about the most worthless app I have ever used. It’s impossible to even use because I keep getting above error message. Fix it!

Just as buggy as their website

I downloaded to my iPad because their website simply is not working. The first glaring antiquity is that this is just an iPhone only app and looks really old on an iPad. Many large companies are creating beautiful iPad apps to remain competitive. Next up is the failure to allow anything in the shopping cart. So I have to do what I really hate - get in the queue to talk to Humana on their website. Humana website has been mediocre for a long time and this app follows that trend. They need to change whoever is their IT support.
