Have been told different prices, etc. every time I call. So frustrated. Why don’t they take notes when I call to reflect on? Just give me the same and accurate information each time!!

This app has stopped working. All I get is “A general error has occurred.” This isn’t the first time this app has stopped working, but the error message is singularly uninformative. When the app worked was okay.

Suddenly it’s not working

Over 2+ years it’s worked perfectly! Refills, orders, payments. About 3-4 weeks ago it suddenly won’t display my orders past or if I create a new order, it won’t allow me to complete it and look at it. (I’m on iOS phone or iPad - both are failing) I called Humana CS 2 weeks ago rep said wait about 48 hours. My iOS is up to date. I have deleted and reinstalled app. Called back today to IT. Was told the problem is with the browser -Safari. Wanted me to download a new browser blabla. Again it worked fine on the same iPhone running Safari over two years and now the fix is for me to change things ?! I don’t think so!!! Fix the darn app so it works in all browsers just like it had been. Highly disappointed!

It has worked great last year. But now when I log in it disappears. I tried deleting and restarting and nothing. Please help. I have a new iPhone 8 Plus.

I’ve been a web designer for 20 years so I know my way around this sort of thing, but I cannot login to this app, and, for that matter, when I log in to the Humana pharmacy website, I’m not really logged in because if I try to enter a new prescription, it takes me to the login page even though I was supposedly logged in already. Definitely not impressed.

Trying to order the counter medicine and the app has No Way to shop for the anything new! Very poor app Humana should be ashamed of anything like this app. Hold time on the phone are crazy long, if Humana would fix their site and apps maybe the hold time.

Can’t even get the iOS app to submit feedback confidently. The app has limited capabilities so you might as well use a real computer and browser. (Although the real option timed out after a minute or so of non-use.)

Can Add Addresses BUT Cannot Delete

This app allows adding addresses but modifying existing ones creates a new one instead of changing the existing one and cannot delete an address once added. This is pretty straightforward functionality that is missing. Also added addresses do not show up on the website version of Humana Pharmacy. The app and website should be properly linked.

Can’t log in

I get the response “a general error has occurred” when I enter my login and password. My credentials work on the MyHumana app and the website so I know they are correct.
