ERROR WATCHING MARVELS CLOAK AND DAGGER

I’ve been a Hulu Customer for more than 4 years now. I’ve always enjoyed their streaming service. However as of recent there have been way too many bugs either making the show crash, or the app as whole. I understand the last bug was fixed with the new update, however one specific show, and one specific episode on that show does not wanna play at all. Marvels Cloak and Dagger episode 5 does not load at all, but the next episode plays just fine. I’m not understanding why just that episode doesn’t work.

For the most past I like the player. The ability to fast forward 10 seconds I love. I HATE that it keeps logging me out now. It’s so frustrating to have to keep putting my password in. At least give me Face ID. Also sometimes it just flat out won’t come on. I don’t think I watch enough Hulu for all these problems. Please fix it Edit: Thank you Hulu. Finally It’s stopped making me log in everytime. Also I like that you toned the sensitivity for fast forwarding down a bit. Not perfect but good.
Amazing, but It Keeps Crashing

Every time I go to watch something, it crashes at least 3 times per episode. This is getting super annoying. Please fix this. Besides that I love Hulu.

I like the fact how it shows the most recent tv shows u have watched but sometimes in the middle of the show it buffers even when the internet is perfect, plz fix it. Love the work tho!

App always crashes with constant errors! Tired of paying for something I either can’t watch or have to rewatch with tons of glitches wish y’all would fix the problems! Would be happy to give you 5 stars if my app would work!!

The programming on the app isn’t bad, but the app itself is horrible. Can watch for only a few minutes (sometimes only seconds) and the app crashes. Tech support is never available. Frustrating. I pay a lot of money (to me) every month to use the service and it’s been squirrelly for well over a month and can rarely use it. What’s up with that Hulu ???

this is the worst app ever!! i could only watch 5 minuets of my show/ movie and then it would be loading. it is really hard to watch something in peace/ binge watch something with this happening. i thought at first it was MY wifi connection but my wifi is great. it was hulu the whole time. i will never purchase this again.
