I am writing this in hopes of getting technical help. I was unsuccessful at getting through using the Help Center. When I am watching Live TV with Hulu minimized to allow for dual apps to be open, Hulu crashes after the current episode is done. This only occurs while the app is minimized, not in full screen. Seems like it should just roll on to the next show. Thank you for your help. I otherwise have no complaints about my Hulu.

Why Pay for commercial free? Almost all shows have a ridiculous amount of commercials It might be time to cancel this service. Went from the best option over Netflix, Amorim etc but no longer is And oh yeah there customer service is horrible

Time and battery won’t go away while in full screen. It would also be convenient to not have to report bugs this way.

Update 5.28 showing status bar on iPad

After update 5.28 today, the status bar does not go away when playing Hulu video on my iPad. Shows me the time, battery percentage, and iPad symbol at the top of the video. Please fix!

i’m confused by the negativity

i’ve had Hulu for over a year and i love it been catching up on a lot of shows i missed and rewatching older shows. i don’t understand these problems everyone else is having never had them happen to me or anyone in my house. only reason for the 4 stars is the sign in with your cable provider thing. i asked @HuluSupport on twitter if this is a extra charge and i was told no and if it supported Comcast Xfinity i was told yes. i tried logging in to my Comcast account but a screen showed up saying it wasn’t supported. i even say ads on my cable saying it was. i’m confused by this but i’ve been told the cable thing isn’t that great anyways so no big deal. anywho i hope this review helps up that rating y’all are well better than a 2.3 rating yet you are #2 in entertainment.

Profile Name Changing?

Hey I have hulu on my Tv and I used to be able to change all the profile names easily. But recently the option is gone. The only way to change the names is to delete the profile and create a new one. This creates the problem of losing all your watch history and all the things in your stuff being removed. The reason I’m bringing this up is because recently a couple of my friends and family members changed the profile names to ridiculous stuff. I was going to change it back but the new update came up and I haven’t been able to change the names. I really love Hulu and I hope you guys fix this soon.

Don’t bother downloading this app unless you wanna spend more time looking at commercials than your actual show, to put it in perspective 2min commercials every 5min and if you go off the app for 1sec it will automatically restart commercials

Buggiest Streaming Service

We have not been able to watch a complete episode without having to close and reopen the app. Constantly asked to disable or pause AdBlock, which we don’t even have, or the ads freeze and we have to start over from scratch. While they offer a decent selection of TV, movies and originals, it’s barely worth the free trial. Good thing the trial is free, as I’ve made up my mind that we won’t be spending a dime on this service.

Starts back at the beginning and way too many commercials

Limited commercials plan should not even be offered. It’s pretty much like paying for a streaming service but watching regular tv. Better off paying for Netflix with no commercials.
