Hulu STILL refuses to fix Live TV guide scrolling back to the top

Even with your new guide update features, the same bug that’s been around for a few updates has yet to be addressed. Also introduced new bug: clock/status bar doesn’t disappear during full screen video. Whenever I select a channel/show in the guide for live tv, it STILL scrolls the guide list to the top even though the behavior doesn’t exist on my old iPhone. Every time you select a show, you have to scroll through the entire guide list all over again even though you’ve already reviewed it. It won’t keep its scroll position. I really don’t understand that even with an update that supposedly has live TV guide enhancements that this bug is still there. Do you not unit test or QA? Am I being too harsh? Do you only test on iPad Pros and cannot recreate the bug? Do you not see the same behavior?

I woke up 2 hours early to watch the bachelorette finale and it wasn’t posted yet. ? Why am I constantly paying more for shows that should already be included?

I have tried to contact Hulu about how my email is being used for another account that isn’t mine. I have never made a Hulu account someone, that I do not know, used my email! Their customer service representatives are hateful and stated that it is not my account and if I wanted to make an account that I would have to make a new email. Any other place would have been able to get something changed so that I could use my own email but they were very hateful. I will never have anything to do with Hulu ever again! Take my service else where.

I haven’t watched half of an episode and have had Twelve minutes of commercials. Netflix and amazon prime are definitely the way to go if Hulu doesn’t fix this QUICK! I’m not paying for on demand streaming to have over half an episode be commercials.
