Do not use!

After recent upgrade we have not been able to use the app. It has been 5 weeks and they still have not corrected the problem. Company told us to contact apple for refund. Now apple will not issue refund since it’s been 90 days. There are plenty of free apps that work and offer similar services. Don’t be scammed by this bunch.


Used to be great - hate the newest version

We used to live & die by this app for our family’s to-do and shopping lists. Unfortunately, the new requirement to hit “done” and then “+” every time you add a task or item makes this super slow and annoying. Also, I used to be able to rearrange the order of the list, which was helpful in to-do scenarios. No longer. I hate when apps regress with “updates.” Please fix!!

I have the paid version of this app. It used to work very well but since the latest update this app has become worthless garbage. Most of the time, the appointments don’t even show up on the calendar, or they appear temporarily then disappear. Until they fix this thing, avoid it. It’s trash.

Both my app and my wife’s have the same issue. When trying to add an event the times are not displayed.

When I first purchased this app, all my events from my iPhone calendar synced over. Now they won’t, so I have to create events in both places to keep up with everything. It gets rather annoying. I love this app because I can share our very busy schedule with family and friends especially when we need to get all our kids to their extra activities I wish it would just sync like it did before. If anyone knows how I can fix this, I would greatly appreciate it! There’s no way to contact the app creator which is rather disappointing since I pay $5 for this app each month. It was my favorite app before this happened.

Terrible terrible update. Calendar has been erased and I can't find an email or phone number to try and get support. The help page does not have a section for events on the calendar being removed! This has totally screwed me because it had all my appts and events for myself and my family.

We have been using Hub for years. Recently, for no reason our calendars got out of sync and my husband and I could no longer see what the other person was adding to the calendar. We reached out to support and they told us both to update and log out and log in. Did that and ALL OF OUR DATA GOT ERASED. All our appointments and reminders, gone. Customer service said there was nothing they could do about it. Thanks for nothing, we are moving to another service!

I really appreciate how hard the programmers are working to fix any issues we had with this app. The last update appears to have fixed any issues I was having. Good job.


Worst customer service

It’s amazing the lack of customer service this company has. This app requires a yearly subscription fee and I haven’t been able to use it since August. I have reached out to them time and time again and their customer service is terrible. They offered a ridiculous credit which I agreed to take only because I’m tired of dealing with then and still have not received it. I switched credit card companies and they can’t seem to figure it out. It’s been well over a week and they have yet to reply after stating I was going to report them to the better business bureau.
